Hi everyone!
My name is Dina. I’m originally from Belarus and I would like you to tell about my experience of the long-term volunteer. Probably about 1st week of it. Zaczynamy!
I have been to Poland before 10 times and 5 times exactly in Warsaw so I will not tell you how much I like Poland. I just like it so much 🙂 For me country = people. I have met nice people at that time too and I enjoy my time in international team, yeah.
When I came my flatmate showed me our flat and our room and said: Welcome home. Thank you, Alba, I’m here!
On the second day I had a meeting with coordinators in the office. The office is perfect and coordinators sure too 😉
The next day I was 1st day on my working place – in SZANSA. I to było fajne uczucie kiedy wreszcie spotkałam ludzi którze też żyją pasją pomocy innym. To jest niesamowite!
W ciągu kilka dni poznałam pracowników w Szansie, razem robiliśmy przygotowania do imprezy “Dzień babci i dziadka” oraz do spotkania noworocznego. Włożyłam kilka zdjęć tu 🙂
Na tych imprezach poznaliśmy z innymi wolontariuszami Szansy. Ktoś jest wołontariuszem 1 rok, ktoś 10 lat i to jest wspaniałe że miłość do ludzi ciągle żyje w Szansie!
