You know, it’s actually crazy. I don’t even like bowling. But when we heard of a bowling alley being open through Covid, and us being able to go out and do something different than walk around Warsaw was so nice, really. lol.
Btw: I destroyed everyone, and won all games :), but I do not like bowling.
Easter
So, Easter. I am Muslim. We do not celebrate Easter, mainly because in my religion Jesus never died… Nevertheless, I could never say no to discovering a culture and free food.
Let me pain the day for you. 10:00am we arrive. The family that hosted us explain to us what Easter means, and the importance it has in Poland and in Christianity. Very interesting stuff. 10:30am we start having breakfast. Directly after breakfast they come out, with I kid you not, 10 pies. 12:00am we finish eating. An hour we talk, and then around 01:00pm we thank them for inviting us and we make our way out. SIKE! They tell us we still have to eat lunch, lmao. Stomachs full we try to eat lunch, then directly after they serve pies again. I kid you not, I have literally never eaten that much in my life. It’s around 04:00pm right now. 6 hours of sitting and conversation, even though it is interesting, it is exhausting. Then we finally end the day at 05:30pm. After 7 hours and 30 minutes of eating and talking, lol. Nevertheless, it was amazing.
Oh, also, I built a chick army.
Katowice
Well, then Ketevan and I decided to visit the beautiful Carolina and Snezana in Katowice, as I had promised them months ago.
Of course those two girls are the best hosts ever in the world and were amazing in everything. If their house was an Airbnb, I would’ve definitely given them 10/10.
They showed us amazing places and thank God those days it was sunny. And overal, the whole city and surroundings were very pretty and I loved the visit.
I almost got run over trying to take this picture.
She looks so pretty though, so worth it!
C u next month xoxo Gossip Girl
