It’s a hard time when you have to stay at home. You start to miss your country, your family and your friends so much. You start asking yourself: “what do I do here?” feeling how depression takes hold of you. For me, I’d planed to travel this time and I lost a lot of money because of quarantine. 🙁 But we have to find something nice at this time. So I suggest you some activities to make you feel better.

Volunteering online
Even staying at home you could be a volunteer. The scientists from all over the world need your help. You could take part in some scientific research that will be interesting for you. You could classify short recordings of babies’ speech sounds, tag penguins, elephants, ducks and other animals to help the scientists understand their lives, locate and identify supermassive black holes and starforming galaxies, help to improve the eye health of people with diabetes and a lot of other. You can be proud that you work for the benefit of science during quarantine time.
A lot of scientific projects you can find here:

Go to gym
You don’t need to pay money and meet people to get sporty. Just go to an outside gym near your apartment. Most of the time it’s an empty pleace, so you don’t have to be afraid to get the coronavirus. But don’t forget to wash your hands after the gym! And you could start jogging in some silent parks, if you wish:)
Listen to music
I know you must be listen to the music all the time. But now it’s time to discover new tracks and have some fun. Here are some COVID-19 Quarantine Party playlists on Spotify. We need to keep a good sense of humor at this time!

Read books
Even if you are not a booklover you could start the journey through pages of a book. You will visit nice places and meet new people with the book’s heroes. Maybe you will learn the hidden secrets and believe in magic. So it’s the perfect time to lie on the sofa and enjoy an exciting book!
I hope some of my advice will be useful to you and you will spend the coronavirus quarantine doing some interesting activities.
